•You can ask for your commission anytime, I will update the commission status on my trello, but you can still ask, I have no issues about that as long as you don't harass me (send me a message everyday)•You cannot change the character you want me to draw after sending this quote ! There's no rush, you can take time to think for the character you wish me to draw•It might happen for health reasons or events in my life such as a job contract, a convention, an accident, a holiday leave, that the commission will take longer than expected. Usual wait for a commission from me is around 2 weeks - 1 month. The maximum of wait is 6 months, if the wait exceeds this time period, you can ask for a full refund if the drawing is not started, if the drawing is started you can ask for 75% refund.•I have the right to ban you from taking commissions from me if you don't respect any of these rules on this T.O.S, I will not tolerate actions such as harassment, gaslighting, please be nice, I'm a human.

•I will only accept 2 changes requests at completion of the drawing, any other requests will cost you 20€ more.•Once I pick you, I will send you an email to let you know you are chosen. I will send you at the same time the invoice on paypal•I won't start the drawing if the payment isn't done, I will prioritize people who can pay upfront•You can ask for a refund only at WIP stage if you asked for one, you will be refunded 75% of the price, you cannot ask to another artist to finish the drawing.•Refunds at completion of the drawing will not be accepted•I don't do refunds for these following: you don't like the drawing, you've read rumors online and you hate me now or any twitter discourse, don't commission me if you don't know my work, I will prioritize people who follow me on twitter.
